It's a BOY!

So, like I was trying to tell you in a few of my posts...there really has been a lot going on! Apparently in the Morrison household, we don't waste any time when it comes to this baby business ;)

After Chris and I decided we wanted our kids to be close in age, we blinked and realized it was soon to become a reality. We felt incredibly blessed and SO excited!

Unfortunately, we had somewhat of a scary start to this pregnancy and it wasn't until two months into it, that we felt more confident about this baby being okay. We said our prayers and left it in God's hands. We quickly realized the same fears you have with your first baby are just as present with your second.

So yes, a rough start but overall this pregnancy has been so much better to me! Little nausea and only slight exhaustion has seemed like an early Christmas present...especially while having a baby to care for. Not to mention, it's going by a lot quicker. The truth is, I don't have nearly as much time to count the days and obsess about the little one to come!

HOWEVER...I can't tell you how excited I am to meet him!!!!!

And the fact that it's a BOY?!!? Chris and I are thrilled! We would have loved another little girl but there was a part of each of us that loved the idea of a little boy!

Our due date is April 12th! Which means, yes...Avery and Baby #2 will only be 14.5 months apart. And I think I'm busy now! ;)
