Vet Day!
It's officially time to head back to the Vet! For both "routine rabbies maintenance" and the continuing saga of Poor Lil's eye. Her eye continues to remain very dry, thus creating a daily irritation. The moment she spots me heading to the kitchen sink (I try so hard to play it cool), grab a paper towell and wet it, she books it to the nearest form of "cover". I literally have ONE drop left in her eye drop medicine...I think it's time. For the lack of solution thus far (after three surgeries), I think Lily will need daily eye drops for the rest of her little puppy life. A task I am fine with...as long as she's happy and healthy!
Wally will be pleased to return to the vet in order to flirt with all the vet nurses! Something he was quite fond of even for his "ball-less" surgery ;) But I'm not gonna lie...he is darn cute!

Busted!
I am a little late on this entry but figured it was a must! This was at my 2nd MDA event for the year and a little out of my comfort level. Being a master "goody goody", I wasn't too happy being behind bars with the Cardinals' mascot! It was all in good fun and thanks to incredible people that God has placed in my path, I was able to donate more money to finding a cure for MDA. Thank you to all those wonderful souls that donated...!
Good ol' Sedona!
Well, it's time...after 2 years, Chris and I realized we should probably take advantage of our Sedona place and rent it out for awhile! Chris has been tackling deck issues, electrical and plumbing challenges for months now and finally, it is ready! Thank you, Chris for your amazing diligence. Although we haven't gone up there nearly as much as we should (our main reason for renting), the gorgeous scenery is always a reminder of why we love Sedona so much!
Saturday was beautiful as it rained on and off while we were up there cleaning the cabin. We were very productive and managed to load up the Tahoe, clean, and take pictures in only two hours. I couldn't resist the gorgeous weather (and a break from the Phoenix heat)...so I ran a couple miles around our neighborhood before we left.

Jen's Bridal Weekend!
I am way behind on updating my blog so here goes!
Last weekend was one of my very best friend's BRIDAL WEEKEND! It was a jammed packed 5 days of fun! I got to spend the first couple of days with Jen and Jakee-poo from shopping in Sonoma to manis & pedis. Not to mention, drinking enough wine at Jen's house so Jake could literally test our blood alcohol level. Awwe, a true cop at heart!
Jen and I have many similarties but the fact that we went to Starbucks and Favela's (mexican food) at least once each day is probably the biggest reason why we "click" so well! hahaa :) Okay, running of course too!
Her Bridal Shower was wonderful and she received a countless array of gifts! Saturday afternoon, we all headed to San Francisco to stay in a nice suite at the Marine Memorial. Being typical girls, we all went shopping in the 2 hours of "free time" we had before Jen's big night. We surprised Jen with a Lingerie Party & Mimosas before dinner....it was a big hit and her favorite part of the weekend! Bravo girls! And yes, you are welcome Jake! ;) Dinner and drinks at Level 3 was wonderful but I think we owe that to the fact that we met Brian Macleod and his adorable wife Irma! Brian Macleod, U.S. musician...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_MacLeod_(U.S._musician) Not only did this amazing couple buy us all a round of drinks but $600 worth of tickets to his show at Slims! Oh how we now LOVE Wire Train!
The next day was filled with a limo ride through Napa, touring a few wineries and finishing the evening with a delicious dinner! We all had the intention to head back home for a margarita but that quickly turned into throwing on pj's and crawling into bed. After fighting a bad cold for the last week, this was much needed!
I hope that Jen had her dream bridal weekend because she definitely deserves it! I have no doubt that she will make a gorgeous bride! Stay posted...I will have those pictures up in 3 short weeks!
Despite a fantastic weekend, I was thrilled to come home to my handsome hubby and three little kiddos!
